How can I skip or cancel a service?

For clients enrolled in lawn mowing-only plans, we understand there may be occasions when you'd prefer to skip a scheduled service. If so, please submit your request at least three days prior to your upcoming appointment.

You will receive automated reminders three days and one day before each scheduled service. Cancellations made less than three days in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

In addition to the process below, you can open the chat box on our website and send us a message there with your name, address and appointment date clarifying you want to skip an upcoming appointment. Must be completed three days before your appointment. 

1) Log into your Client Hub portal. 

2) On the left hand side of the webpage, click on requests. 



3) Confirm the address you have on the form, type "I would like to skip my upcoming appointment", select your appointment date in the first required date box, and then click submit. 





As long as this process is completed at least three days before your appointment, you're all set.
