Service Day Communications
Q: How will I know when my service technician is coming, or has completed a service?
A: If you've opted in for SMS notifications, you'll receive a text message with an estimated arrival time once your service technician is en-route. Our team operates between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on most days, and your lawn care service will be completed within that timeframe. There's no need to be home during the visit—our technicians will handle everything as scheduled.
